Appalled by Sun City’s service! Nobody cares to help!

Highly unimpressed with the way you conduct business. I cancelled my stay at Sun City in NOVEMBER 2021. Was told the booking was cancelled and money will be refunded within 10 business days. Still to this day (09 FEBRUARY 2022), over two months later, I still have not received the refund. I have tried everything to get in contact with someone and my last correspondence from someone was 09 DECEMBER 2021 of which since then I have been calling but no one is available to answer or if they do I am given an alternative number to call which has sprouted no result or solution still. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed more so because no ones seem to care to respond to anyone’s emails, calls and/or the complaints made here. Absolutely horrible!
