Angry client... ?

I'm so disappointed with the service I received at Cabanas Sun City... I will never go back to that hotel their service is very bad... we've been treated as if we did not pay. I'm a pregnant woman I came around 09pm but still running around like a headless chicken looking for a better room imagine... thought i was coming here to relax kanti i came for stress...haven't being attended and I need to rest but unfortunately still waiting for them to clean the hotel room... Imagine they just decided to come now 11:48pm starting to clean.... there's spiders and ants I'm so traumatised.... missing home can't wait to go back????
