Amazing Service!!!

Just would like to mention that the service I got from Florence Phiri in charge of Reservations and Co-Ordinator of events, sports & conferencing at Suncity was really INCREDIBLE!!! It's very seldom that someone goes that very extra mile for you, But Florence Phiri was that person, that went way over and above. Really appreciated Florence!!! Keep up the excellent work.
