Always a problem with this hotel group

The most popular and most expensive hotel group in SA is also one of the worst. I always have a problem with this group, at Hemingways we were mislead by staff, at Wild coast rooms were dirty and not up to standard, at Emperors palace no one rep**** to our emails or online queries and telephone just rang...no with Carnival city there is also no response via their advertised email address and the tab on the website that stipulates room and rates has no rates there! Unprofessional and a waste of time. I have emailed twice last week and sent an online enquiry to which I am awaiting response. I am the fool at the end of it all as I keep coming back to this unprofessional group who don't valued customer service
