Absolute shocking service from sun international

Where do I start…. Went to the shebeen, the waiter started by asking how he will receive his tip, then proceeded to accuse us of not ordering what we ordered after we waited 2 hours for our food. The Thursday night we went to Maltos we couldn’t order 10 of the 15 wines on the list due to them being out of stock, they never had pinacoladas or strawberry daiquiris. We waited 2 hours for our food. We had to fetch our own ice, vodka, ****** al and soya sauce from the kitchen. We confronted the manger and he wasn’t very apologetic. Shocking service! Would not recommend.
