A HUSTLE TO GET REFUND..
<p>I had booked accommodatetion at the Cabanas in Sun City for two night stay at R1947 per night, I was advised that if the booking is cancelled after the 25th of May 2017 i will be charged one night's rate. The booking was cancelled on the 25th May, which means i was supposed to be refunded the full amount. I unfortunately recieved refund for one night, I called their payment's department and was told refund for the other night will be done. I don't understand why the full amount was paid in the first place. I now have to wait another 14 days to get my money whereas the fault is on their side. I am disappointed!!!</p>
I do not understand why full refund was not done when the first refund was done. It is really an inconvenience becuase i had plans for the cash.
