54+ Hours no response to previous Hello Peter

54 hours to respond? Does your CEO read these reports? This is surely not acceptable that you do not respond to Hello Peter queries? I have still not had any response to this even after your acknowledgemeet of receipt. Sun International customer service SunShare please respond to my previous complaint/query, 54 hours (a long time to wait) is long gone.
