4 Star Nightmare

<p>Worst hotel experience I have EVER had.<br />I booked my entire family into this supposedly "classy" "4-star" hotel for the afternoon/night of my sister's wedding. I received service worse than any 1 star backpackers I have stayed in.</p> <p>Our rooms were not ready on time and the groomsmen were left waiting in the reception area for 2 hours before being put in someone else's room to get ready. <br />After the wedding, we all came back to the hotel and sat together in the lobby chatting. Some people had some food/take-aways with them and we were told, very rudely, that we "better go to our rooms" as it is "unacceptable" to eat food in public that was not bought at the hotel even though none of their facilities were open for food.</p> <p>After a terrible sleep with noise coming from all directions, we woke up to cold eggs for breakfast with ANOTHER rude staff member treating us badly at the front of the eating area.</p> <p>I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, ESPECIALLY if you are looking for a classy experience and to be treated with respect.</p>
