3rd time lucky !

We arrived at the Cascades and were greeted by friendly staff members , the lady assured us it was a smoking room with a balcony , after receiving the room cards i went to park the car , 5 min later my wife called to say the room doesn't have a balcony and it was in a mess , when i got to the room ,rotten banana's in fridge , bed was not properly made , kfc packet with chicken bones was found in the bin , the bath/shower was dirty ,the tv didn't work, open soap , open shower cap , we called reception to inform them of this ,they gave us another room , which was on the ground floor but with one extra bed and no sleeper couch ,they assured us another bed would be brought in , i wasn't happy with the room as it was the last room on the ground floor so far away from everything,we went back to reception upon which time i lost my cool and wanted to speak to the manager on duty , i was ready to pack my bags and leave , the manager gave us a junior suite on the 11th floor with a balcony and 2 beds were delivered for our kids , we had the most enjoyable and relaxing time i would like to say THANKS to the manager for renewing my faith in customer service <br> reservation# ***0
