2.5 hours spent at carnival city waiting , waiting

my husband and I decided to have our \valentines date\" last night instead of on sunday , we ended up going to carnival city. at around 10.50pm my machine I was on just switched off giving an error. it said to call an attendant. after walking around for almost 15 minutes I eventually found someone. they just threw their hands up , yes they know about the error. I must just wait. another 20 minutes go and I see the manager on the floor. I approach as it this stage im already very upset. he didn't have much answers. went and came back to give feedback , I was still not happy. he gave the opportunity to leave the card in the machine and go home, but by this time I had R416 on my card and was not willing to leave it. the more I said I was unhappy the more he didn't care. I sat there for more than an hour waiting . now after 12pm an attendant came to the machine and removed the card. then the next issue standing in que trying to get my money at the cashiers. there were other patrons and attendants fighting at the cashier. I actually felt quite stressed as I was standing close by and it looked as though it was going to turn physical. eventually after 1am we were able to leave the casino. "
