0 star hotel

I booked at Sibaya for one night. Firstly the person does not listen and charges me double the rates which I am still waiting for my refund. Secondly we get a room where the bathroom had such a bad smell I could not use it the entire stay. The service I got when booking In was shocking people have no manners and cannot listen to simple requests. Will not be staying there ever again. Your standards are shocking. You forget people pay money nothing is given for free. I WANT MY REFUND ON MY DOUBLE BOOKING AS I ENDED UP PAYING CASH LIKE I INSTRUCTED YOU PEOPLE.
