Bad Service, Not responding to mail,

In Sept I took a loan of R15K, pawned my A4 Audi 2008 for it. Repayment was R19 500 on which I paid it in full before the end of contract. However they changed the ownership to their name before the end of contract and after we had an agreement that it will not happen unless I breach the contract which I never did. I got an email advising me to pay amount of R20 541 on which it was including the change of ownership. I declined as this was not on my contract. After paying I gave them full 3 days to change the ownership, however when I went to collect my car on Friday the 9th of October, nothing was done and it was still under them. I have been trying to get my Nattis papers and to date nothing has been done, ignoring my calls, my emails. The Sun Finance in Roodeport the service is very bad and Jeremy is a very sweet talker who will promise you that all will be done just to get rid of you. I need people to know on how they operate. I paid everything and I don't owe them anything but the vehicle is now under their name, on which that was not supposed to be done from the first place. Changing ownership for a R15K loan not even worth my car.
