Bad experience with Mankwe GameTrackers

Mankwe GameTrackers is the most unprofessional business I have ever come across. 2 months in advance, I decided to surprise my husband on our anniversary with a hot air balloon ride so I booked and paid for everything in advance. The cost for 2 was R10800. Alot of money for someone who doesn't have an income! The day before the ride, they called me every half an hour nagging me for my room number at The Kingdom Resort despite me telling them that I had not checked in and when I do then I will let them know immediately but this did not stop them from calling. Eventually I called the resort and they gave me a room number so I forwarded it to Mankwe and I received a confirmation from them at they said they will pick me up at 05h30 the next morning. My husband and I were up at 04h00 getting ready so as not to delay our driver and pilot. We then proceeded to wait till 06h30 but nobody came through to collect us. We called, messaged and sent through emails with no response! Till now, they have failed to tell us what transpired although they agreed to refund us the full amount. Please don't ever book with these guys. They are not reliable at all.
