Beware of dealing with SUNCHECK ENERGY

Very disappointed with the service I got from SUN CHECK ENERGY. They ask you to order online and pay full amount highlighting that it is a back order. When delivery date comes (3 weeks later, a week a later than promised). They then tell you they received stock that is different from what you ordered and paid for in full. Now they give you an ultimatum to either top up twice the amount you already paid, order something of the same value of your money they have or get a refund. Had this been communicated in a courteous manner perhaps it would be somewhat acceptable but it comes through a phone call loaded with threats to play ball or lose the whole amount. I strongly advice against buying from them online or to pay for any back ordered stock as it turns out they do this regularly. Rather pay cash for products they have in stock. Learn from my and others' experience.
