Contracted service not done and refusing to pay back deposit

I engaged Steve van Reene owner of Sun Boreholes on the 12th of August 2020 and paid my deposit. Its been 3 weeks now and he keeps giving excuses for not comming to install my borehole. I have requested my deposit back which he hasn't paid and does not answer my phone calls.

He is full of lies and l would not advise anyone to use their services.
