WRONG WHEEL BALANCE

I went to Summit Tyres in Boksburg. I realized that they are under new management. I tell the sales rep that I need all 4 my wheel balanced. The tire boy comes and firstly take off the two front wheels. I realized that these wheel are not marked. The tire boy then comes and removes the two rear wheels. After the balancing is done the tire boy comes from the back and wants to rotate my tires. I asked the tire boy who said he must rotate my wheels. He then rep**** that the balancing technician told him. I explained that I did not request a wheel rotation. Now the wheel are not marked and now where goes what. I then gave the tire boy instruction to mount the wheel on the car. Afterwards I go inside and pay for the balancing. When driving my car I can feel something is not right. I then go to another wheel balance shop (Multi Tyre Boksburg) and ask them to check my wheel balance. All 4 wheel are out. The most is 35grms out. Multi Tyre rebalanced my tyres for me and I paid again, Summit Tyres new management is running this business in to the ground!
