Summit Trust, respresented by Jochen Echoff, was appointed as joint liquidators of a company we had done work for. During the first meeting of creditors, it came to our attentions that the joint liquidators colluded with each other to only allow certain claims, and to dispute any and all claims that were not backed by them. Claims was allowed to "go through" because it "backed their cause", but legit claims that would "swing the vote" was disputed.

Jochen will not answer e-mails, calls or messages. will not communicate, and goes back on his word again and again. His actions will cause unpaid debts, creditors are losing their livelihoods and investments. His actions are also causing irreparable damage to the reputations of business people.
