RUDE female manager and bad service

Absolutely ********** service from one of the female managers at Menlyn Branch. Clearly they are appointed for other reasons because the whole place is a sh*t show and is evident they aren't a managers a*s. She was so rude and had an "I'm too good to help you" attitude. What is she doing there then? Would NOT recommend.
