PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR MANAGEMENT

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with Summit Menlyn. I will never in my life recommend anyone there as I am afraid that they would experience the same as I have on the 14th of August. I have never been so attacked in my life by 3 “grown men” who screamed in my face and pointed their fingers in my face like a bunch of arrogant 16 year olds. About an item that I did not order, and will not pay for since I did not order it! Even after they gave away my table although I ARRIVED 20 MINUETS EARLY, and the management could not care less ! In my life as a woman I have never experienced such VERBAL ABUSE and PUBLIC HUMILIATION to a point that n feared for my life as I had NO DOUBT that they will get physical ! As a VERY loyal customer I can’t believe how this new management treats clients with so much DISRESPECT and DISREGARD!! And as a sorry excuse of an “apology” I was contacted through my personal number and was TOLD I have to BOOK for a “free ****tail”. It is unacceptable after how I’ve been treated and disrespected ! Absolutely pathetic !
