Always good but not this time

Very disappointing from service to food. I took my wife for a anniversary dinner because we had a good experience before. Unfortunately this time it was very bad. The restuarant was very unclean to start with and I have made a reservation a week before just to arrive and find out we were never even booked. We had one of the pasta dishes and it was really not good, we had it before and it was amazing but this time it was just not good. The waiter received above the required % tip and was very unmannerly and just nasty about it. Summit does have amazing food and service in general but our recent experience was not very good. This was the one in Menlyn area.
