****** towards white people

We reserved a bachelorette party of over 20 people and after spanding a lot of money and wanting to dance we were refused to even choose one song to dance to. An Eminem song, the first DJ told me to wait for the next one and so I did and the second one wouldnt play it because I was not the "demographic". Let me tell you about myself. I am a white female. White. And this was the problem. Blatantly ******. I have two kids and this was my first evening off in a year. And I couldnt even request one song. Even an alternative was shot down before naming the song. I am deeply saddened by this night for my boys' future. I cannot even request a song at a club never mind them trying to make a living in this world. People of colour feel offended by so many things but I am also African. I used to be so proud of my heritage but tonight I am sad. Thank you Summit - I went out to have night off but instead discovered that my boys' future means nothing in this world.
