I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I am wondering if the place is under new management because when I visited in 2019 it was superb to stay there. I had a very unpleasant time getting my refund from the new management. I last visited the place in March and every time I enquire about my refund I was first told that the manager had their account blocked as he reported his bank card ****** an will reimburse as soon as that is done. That went well into April, when I enquired again I was told that he is trying to make sales by leasing the rooms out and will pay me month end or rather the 1st of May. When it was closer to month end I reminded him again, he said the latest will be on the 2nd of May 2022 after payments have cleared. This has been the run around from the long weekend in March, well over a month now. This is getting tiring as I always have to run after Elvis(manager) to ask what is going on etc. This has been a long battle and I will let it go, however I will never return there again. Very disappointed individual!!!!!!!!!
