Disregard of Maintenance Orders

This is a company who is clearly using maintenance order monies to de***** banks...<br> For the 3rd Month in a row, since they took over the garnishee orders from Anglo American, I have not received my maintenance money on time. For the past 3 years, Anglo has deducted the money and paid it to my account on or before the 24th of each month. This is in accordance with the order issued as Anglo has to deduct the money from the salary before paying their employee and pay it directly into my account.<br> <br> After calling this Summit company on numerous occasions over the last few months, their attitude is one of total disregard for the court order. They simply refuse to abide by the orders and choose to pay the money when it suits them. Obviously, the longer the money sits in their account, the more interest they make on it. By doing this, they have put myself and endless other in financial strain as I am unable to service the debit orders and payments to schools ect on time as I have done, without fault, for the last three years.<br> I personally think that a company like Anglo American would and should not be happy with this either as the Garnishee Order was served on them and not Summit.
