You did not remove me with the credit providers

I withdrew from the debt review voluntarily in 2012, up until today is still states that I am under debt review. According to the letter you emailed me on the 12 January 2012, you informed me that you will let the credit providers as well as the credit bureaus know that i withdrew my application. it has been four years and i am still listed. I need you to remove it urgently, I spoke to most of the bureaus adn they have informed me that they are still awaiting the confirmation!!
