Very unsatisfied

<p>In Feb 2016 I enquired about debt counselling at Summit. They then put my husband under debt review. He was never near a Summit office or signed anything. Ever since then we struggle to get rid of Summits debt flag on his bank account. Summit stopped all my payments to my creditors, without me signing a contract and without a court order. When I realised in June that my payments were stopped, I was in arrears everywhere. Since June I am struggling to get this debt review of me and my husbands name. </p>
