Very disappointed with Summit

I do not even know where to begin with these people, been on debt review since 2014 and its been a headache dealing with Summit the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is appalling, I paid my last installment on august 2018 and few weeks later I contacted them requesting a Clearance Certificate, the lady I spoke to told me that they still waiting for a paid up letter from Edcon and Edcon is not giving them a straight answer as when the will get the letter, So she requested that I must try to contact them also ,of which I did and successfully got a letter from Edcon, I then forwarded it to her, she acknowledged a receipt, when I ask about the Clearance certificate she told me that, their commissioner is out of office, a letter has been prepared is awaiting for commissioner signatory and when I contacted them about a month later I was told that someone else will be handling my account, the new person told me that Nedbank hasn't sent them the paid up letter due to that the Bank overcharged me, so I must sent a stamped bank statement for a refund of which I did, few weeks later after several phone calls to her, she told me that there is nothing she can do I have to wait for Nedbank, I then contacted Nedbank to resolved the issue, they promised me that I'll get my refund within two working days and following day they refunded me, I then contacted her. She told me that she now waiting for paid up letter from Nedbank after that call, I contacted Nedbank they told me within two ill get the letters of which happened ,two weeks later she said I quote ''your VD inc account still has a balance. The balance on our system got depleted as we were paying for it and the distribution stopped. The balance on the account is being calculated, Martie said she sent the payments that we made to the finance department to get allocated and she will revert with an updated balance.'' How so? how come that it has to be a year or three months after my last payment for my DC to see that? I am now depressed due to this as I was long waiting for my financial freedom.
