Unhappy Customer

I will never recommend this company as I been struggling to get my clearance certificate from them since last month. I send emails and they keep on forwarding my emails but no feedback send - they keep on deducting from my account and all my debts have been paid up. When I phone them they do as if there is a problem with the lines and even if I do get somebody that is willing to talk to me - they respond by telling me - she is only the receptionist and will ask the supervisor to give me a call - I even gave my ID and cell number but no one respond. Please all I need is my clearance certificate.
