Summit's promises not being kept
I have joined Summit in 2011, have been paying my without missing a payment. Since August 2014 a few of my accounts were off the distribution list as paid. I called to request the paid up letters, which was followed by an email from Summit stating that those accounts were not paid up or closed as I still owe money to those people. According to the person who assisted me she said its interest which their system does not account for but my query is why then was payment stopped to the service providers on my list if I am paying everything and there is fees which summit takes but they are not doing the necessary. I asked the lady so does this mean I will be paying for the rest of life to summit with no satisfaction of closing these accounts and she said basically yes. On the one account I am now owing more than which I was initially owing how is it possible that I am paying Summit every month and to be told that this is the way it works and I should just pay basically. UNFAIR that I am paying for this many years and getting no satisfaction of sorting out my payments to the finish. I was also told that someone who was suppose to monitor it didn't.... HOW IS IT MY FAULT.
