So much admin for R0.47c
Good day Summit,
Kindly advise me why I got called to send my bank account urgently to get a refund from hyphen pda? If the refund is only R0.47c? How humiliating is that? I asked Netsai this morning why didn’t she tell me at the first go that I’m getting R0.47c and she couldn’t answer me. If you still going to call clients to tell them about refunds please at least let them know how much they getting. I’m beyond disappointed with the way my case was handled and false hope. R0.47c? Wow

However, it doesn't matter how small or how big the refund is, it's our responsibility to ensure that all our clients receive money owed to them.
