Pathetic services - GIVE ME MY CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

I approached summit several years back to assist with debt review. I wanted to get a clearance certificate from them and they respond once a week. No one has lifted the phone to call me or assist. It was on summits instruction that edcon communication would suffice. but NO, they want me to revive a 7 year old prescribe debt and make payment arrangements, are they even aware that this is *******?? The debt has prescribed and the account terminated and they want me to revive and repay? Summit better get their act together as I have spent numerous times on the phone with them and followed all their suggestions. They are withholding my clearance certificate and I am now reporting this institution to the NCR and Credit Ombudsman . I am fed up! The account is terminated guys, I dont exist on Edcons data base or any of their debt collectors nor Consumer friend as Summit suggested. Must I thumb suck an account that no longer exists? This an absolute Joke
