NO AFTERSALES SERVICE - VERY DISAPPOINTING

Good day,

I have completed my term and since have been experiences so many issues with concluding this process and getting my name cleared.

I finished my last payment 3 months ago and the turn around time i was provided was 21 days.

it is now 3 months and im not getting any positive feedback.

The service was great throughout but the aftersales service is the absolute worst.

I have been dealing with Patience that treats me as if she is doing me a favour - need i remind you that a business relationship goes both ways and the last time i checked i am the client here.

I then Escalated to her manager Matshidiso and i spoke to her once she said she would call me back and not once did i receive a call from her since that call

I then called to speak to her Manager who i was told is Doreen they said Doreen does not have a phone WHAT? then the call drop - i called twice by the way.

So now this i my last resort to get some assistance - im sorry but i feel i have been very patient throughout this process and i am at a point where i now longer know what to do for assistance.
