Dear Sir /Madam I would like to express my grievance due to the company Summit Financial wellbeing for life who has listed/flagged my name for debt review on all banks Standard Bank being one of them now I can’t apply for any form of loan .

It will be much appreciated if you can assist my name I tried to contact them but without success its ruining my life details are as follow .
