I want my ITC profile updated

I received my clearance certificate on the 2nd July 2021 and my ITC has not been updated to date.

Called Transunion to try get the matter resolved and after numerous attempts to get my profile updated i was advised that Debt Help System screens were required from the debt counselor.

Called summit and i have been told that the system is not working and they dont know when it will be up and running as they are waiting for NCR to fix the systems.

So obviously you are aware that being under debt review is a great to clear debt but is a set back as no new assets can be obtained.

I pushed to get out in 3yrs and 8 months. So that i can get my life back, but this is proving to be a serious inconvenience.

The part that irritates me is when i get told, "we dont know when it will resolved". Not even a heads up to say we will escalate the matter and keep you updated.

I am constantly sending emails and making calls, this is really uncalled for.

I have previously had other issues with Summit, but this trully takes the cup.
