Debt review ******** and leaving you worst off than you were

I entered into debt review with this company in 2013. There was never annual or monthly follow ups. Paid up most of my accounts while i was told that my car was paid off hence the reason they no longer paying money towards it. In 2018 i had a shock when the bank pitched up at my work and demanded my car or R63500. In November after numerous fights and arguments that it was a fault on their side i had to give my car back to the bank only for them to sell it for less than half of what i owed and then demands the remainder immediately to be paid. Settlements of R11250 were offered and have tried to take this up with Summit but with no joy. Ever since then i have been struggling to get the debt review flag taken off my name. Summit refuses to take any responsibility for this and are nowhere to be found. I can't do any finance or get any finance. Am stuck without transport and after paying absurd amounts of money to companies tao try and remove the debt review flag i am still sat at point a.

They were quite happy to take my money and get this **** on my name which i am now stuck with for what feels like life.

Do not enter into any agreements with these people and also don't go into debt review. What they tell you and what actually happens is two different things. If you want to be stuck with bills paid up and no transport then don't follow my advice.
