Debt review clearance

I was under debt review for the past 5years and I have paid all my debts and have received the clearance certificate. My has not been cleared on credit bureaus, as it still shows that I still owe some debts. I have contacted Summitfin for assistance and was told it has been resolved, still my name is not cleared. Got feedback from them that I need to contact the credit bureaus myself which I don't understand. They need need to contact the bureaus and get my name cleared. Can I get some assistance in this regard.
