DC Withdrawal that wasn't done As per request

I called mid last year (July/August) for Debt review Cancellation after i realised they wen't paying my creditors and a lady named Tozi assisted me and emailed me forms which I've filled in and emailed back to her and to my knowledge I have cancelled,and this year was calling for arrangements with my creditors only to find out I was still under debt review when I called I was told Tozi doesn't work there anymore and there's no proof that I emailed the DC Cancellation which i also don't have the email because I've deleted the summit emails thinking i was done with them, now i wad told that they can't help me, which I feel if someone had done their job I wouldn't be in this mess where now I have to pay an attorney to sort this on my expense, this is not acceptable. ..people should refrain from DC because your debts wont be paid but they'll be debiting funds ftom your account lastly you'll still be in a messy situation where they'll tell you they can't do anything.
