Cringe worthy service

When I was introduced to summitfin I thought my financial woes are going to be taken care of. How wrong was I, I was misinformed about my interest rates, when I enquired it was from one person to the next. Don't get me started on communication it's like calling an ex that never wants to talk to you. I have been calling for the same query for months but it still hasnt been resolved. Feedback will be 5days they say. It's been a month waiting on feedback but nothing. I called today but the person dealing with me was out of the office. I have to explain to every new person about my query and I get the same rehe****d song of 5 days. I wanted out and was told I can transfer to another company but how when I already have a court order in my name? I'm so drained with the service im experiencing which is bad because I'm stuck with them for the next 4 years even though I'm gatvol with their service.
