CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

I have been emailing and calling and everything, my debt has been prescribed and the advisor Moore wanted me to firstly pay debt that no longer exists after I explains maybe 10 times it’s prescribed! He then said I must call each and every institution to get prescription letters I mean SERIOUSLY!! Despite wasting almost R1000 on airtime trying to obtain these documents I did get them and emailed them all to him and he doesn’t even call me back or anything, I need my clearance certificate I am 7 months pregnant and this is such unnecessary stress it’s so ridiculous, I never even made one payment to summit ever. I mean guys the debt has been prescribed I even have emails from the banks saying the same things. The NCR said this is not legal and I am going to lodge a formal complaint very soon with the NCR and The Ombud. Please resolve this as I am over tired of the hassles. Transunion/ Compuscan have already cleared my name and I have this debt review tag for debt that doesn’t exist!!!! Bongiwe said Moore will call as she cannot help I mean hello no one is helping !!
