Worst Service from Summit Car Hire in Cape Town

This is the worst car hire to deal with. All I asked them to do is to let me know when my refund will be paid.

I was told it will take 21 working days...this information was never disclosed to me upon signing the contract. Secondly, I never received a copy of the contract. When I returned the vehicle on 25 October 2018, I was alerted that my refund will be paid shortly. No one mentioned the waiting period.

I am so disgusted with their service and I advise everyone never to use their service, you will end up disappointed!
