Second hand car sales business plumbs new depths

This dealership took my car on consignment and failed to sell it which is fine. After 6 months we realised they were using the car for their own purposes as we were getting traffic fines from all over the Western Cape. When confronted they admitted this and offered to buy the car. They needed time for payment so it was agreed in writing that they could buy it for R260 000 and pay by cob on 23 February 2024. That date passed and they begged for an extension till today, 6 March. They have failed to pay or respond to messages and a summons has been issued and will be served shortly.
