R3000 deposit?????

<p>We rented a car from summit car hire for 4 days, paying a R3000 deposit upfront. In the contract it states that the deposit will be deposited back into my account within 21 days of returning the vehicle. We returned the vehicle on time, without any fines, damage, etc. After the 21 days, we emailed them to remind them of the deposit. A few days went by and still NOTHING received. We emailed them again and this time the response was that WE should follow it up with the financial department.</p> <p>It's now 36 days after the R3000 deposit SHOULD HAVE been paid back.</p> <p>MY money probably gaining a nice amount of interest in THEIR bank account. <br />THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!</p>
