NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Hi, My Name is Siyabonga Mado<br> <br> On the 26 Feb 2016, I took a rental car with Summit Car Hire, I paid 5400, 3300 rental fee, 100 admin fee and 2000 rental deposit. On the 27 Feb 2016 in the morning on my way home the car broke down, I called them and they towed the car to my place, later that day they diagnose the car and the engine was damaged. <br> <br> They then blamed me saying I am the one who damaged the engine by speeding and i told them I didn't speed and they can check the tracker of the car. They then told me they are fixing the car and they will give it back to me a soon as it is okay. Today (14/03/2016) I called them and the owner dropped the phone saying i am wasting my time and his when I asked if im getting the car today as he promised last week Friday, his excuse was that the car cost him more than the amount I paid for the rental. <br> <br> I mean there is a reason why I paid a deposit for this car and I still do not understand how can i be liable for a damaged engine not through lack of water or oil in the engine.
