Frustrated Client

I got into an accident on the 18th of December 2021. My insurance towered my car to Summit Auto Body Repairers in Louis Trichardt. For the past five months when I follow-up on the progress of fixing the car they kept on telling me that they are waiting for the parts from Mazda. Because they are the ones that are delaying the whole process as the parts are delayed. Now we are on the 6th month and I decided to call Mazda to find out what is going on and Mazda gave me a total different story that there was no priority or matter of urgency stated when the order was placed so it was placed as a normal parts order.

Despite everything that Mazda might be facing because of Covid-19 and that there are other orders this is another reason causing the delay. They added that all this was not even supposed to take up to 5 months. Today marks good 6 months and there are still 9 parts outstanding out of 26 that the ETA is not even feasible. If the order was done properly I would be having my car by now. Mind you I'm paying the installments and monthly insurance premiums. When you call them is a mission to get straight answers.
