Bad bad bad worst experience ever

Mahindra Scorpio bakkie handed in on 14 Sept 2017 for left rear damage. Promised 3-5 days for repairs. This is now 3 weeks later. After numerous phonecalls, none from the supplier, and excuses from Summit my vehicle is still not done. Phoned today - they said vehicle is done. Got there this afternoon - paint does not match. The tailgate lines not simmetrical, not closing properly. And then to top it all they expect me to accept the vehicle like that. Most unprofessional people I have dealt with in a very long time
