No assistace to tenants.

This company takes our rent monies gladly but when something isbroken lik a blocked toilet that they promse to unblock within 24 hours.....sorry the maintenance guy will get to you. After 3 days I unblocked my own toilet. Now 2 geysers are beoken. It is winter and we cannot shower. 3 days without hot water but the rent has been paid. Asking Belinda at Glassfit in Vanderbijlpark for the owners nr or to have him call back is just impossible. She is in control to see that maintaining the building is done. When asked if we as tenants could snt someone to fix it the answer is no. To my knowledg we can fix it after 72hours and deduct it from our rnt but yet we are civilised and want them to get the benefit of the doubt The caretaker is also up in arms because the same story is told to her and she cannot get another contractor to fix it because she is not authorised. What a disgrace to live like this!!!!! Inhumane conditions to the tenants. Well done Summerview Properties.
