CATTERY - False advertising and care

How this cattery can advertise 5*, personal and stress free service is beyond me. My two cats were boarded over Xmas for 4 weeks, however, upon my return I found that there was "another" cat housed in their enclosure and the Owner has never had the courtesy of calling me, when requested to do so. They came home nervous wrecks, with fleas and it also took a whole week to brush out a month's worth of fur, as they had obviously received no attention whatsoever in all this time. I now understand why "visitors/friends" are not allowed to visit the pets, as there are probably a handful of cats sharing the same enclosure at any one time, that you were never told about. I definitely won't be using them again!
