Bad wax experience

5 days ago I went for a few things at the spa including an underarm wax. The girl doing this basically ripped half my epidermis off and I was left with extreme redness, burning and pain. An unsightly scab has now formed. I sent an email that very day about what happened and have still got no response! Clearly their staff are undertrained in this department, I would not recommend anyone go there for a wax no matter how desperate!
