Summerfield Primary School no common sense

Hi I'm hoping someone who works at summerfields Primary School could read this, don't get me wrong, that School is absolutely academically great, but the staff there is lacking general knowledge, first incident.. On there website it specifically says,if a child is in grade 1 or 2,school bags will be handed over to them, which to my knowledge is??? Exactly! They giving the kid a bag so we don't have to buy 1,after a couple of emails and going back and forth I decided to throw in the towel and realized they are not smart at all, so I bought the bag and all was fine until Yesterday.... Incident 2...i was sent a letter to come pick up my child's report card from his register teacher during school hours, which I took time off from work and went, the guard didn't know what was going on but he let me in, he buzzed for some staff member to come from the office (on the buzzer it says only buzz once) which never happened yet I could here a lot of people in there, by this time another parent arrived for the same reason.. After watching the staff walk back and forth I stopped someone and asked them about the report, I was told that it would be handed over to our kids as the letter was for the kids who were not in school that day... To Summerfield Primary school I just want to let you guys know, we do not work in that School therefore we do not know what you guys think, so can you guys please be accurate on letters as this is not the first time, if you want parents who's kids are not at school to come, then state it,or if you only handing out bags to grade 1 then state only grade 1.
