Worst estate to invest in

I wouldn't give it a single star if the rating allowed me to.

Summerfield Estate, Kosmosdal Centurion is the worst estate to live in. They will milk you to the last cent to benefit themselves. Changing management very often. Money disappears in the process... Be careful when you want to invest there!!! My 2cent advice
