Rude Security Guard

I stopped next to the road a Summerfields Estate in Centurion, to phone a resident who lived inside the Estate, to get a code to enter the estate. While I was on busy with the call a security guard whistled at me but he was about 100 meters away and I could not see what he was trying to say. When I got the code I went to the gate and the security guard named Wian stated that because I wasted his time he will not let me into the estate. After I phoned the resident, she came to speak with Wian who then let me into the estate after about ten minutes. When I wanted to leave the estate, Wian once again refused that I leave the estate claiming I called him a name. Wian was extremely rude and unprofessional and I wonder I all guests of residents at Summerfields Estate are treated the same way.
